At the beginning of 2010, I decided to renovate the kitchen of the apartment I own on Railway avenue in Richmond. After seeking potential businesses, I chose three from Richmond. Among the three was Eileen Wu of "I Love Kitchens" My request from all was to provide the following: 10 Help in selecting design features that would fit without needing interference with the building structure. 2) Advise on choices available as regards quality and esthetic and efficiency. 3) Advise on providers of special items such as countertops, quality exhaust fans, sinks and hardware. 4) Once the options ware chose provide a complete evaluation of the project from beginning to end. Provide a firm schedule and costing. I Love Kitchens's proposal was the best overall as it fit best my financial situation and showed the best chance of fulfilling iss promises. I was not disappointed. Within a few weeks (time needed to manufature the elements) the work began. Veru quickly the old kitchen was dismantled and the new elements brought in. All were perfectly dismensioned and the fitting was easy and smooth. The execution was flawless. The workers that came were considerate, efficient and pretty clean considering the possiblility for producing dust. No adjustment was needed following their departure. One year later a gap began showing between the sink and the counter top. A few days after I mentioned it to Eileen she sent a worker to correct this problem at no cost to me. The correction was technically perfect. Today, as I write this, two years have elapsed. The kitchen looks as bright and as new.
